Conveniently located at Dufferin and Dundas streets, the Roseneath Rehearsal Hall is a large 34 foot wide by 43 foot long upstairs room with 12 foot windows that will open, ample natural light and the hardwood floors are in good condition for such an old and charming building. This space is on the third floor and you have to love the pillar in the centre of the room. This space was once associated with the Equity Showcase Theatre.

There is a small 5'4" deep by 17'4" wide platform stage at one end. It also has a central pillar.

The room has a small private kitchen area adjacent (with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee maker) and a piano.
