Technical Director, James Kendal dismantles the tree after our preview performances
Last weekend we were delighted to welcome educators and community members into our rehearsal studio at 651 Dufferin Street for two sold-out, fantastic preview performances of Roseneath’s beloved Dib and Dob and the Journey Home by David S. Craig and Robert Morgan. The audience was packed with children and parents who were delighted with the performances of Colin Doyle and Daniel Krolik and the magical puppetry and sound operated by James Kendal and Sandi Becker.
Here is what some of our guests had to say about Dib and Dob and the Journey Home…

Had a fabulous day on Sunday: Took 3 grandchildren to Roseneath Theatre to see the play Dib and Dob and The Journey Home. Thanks… Some children never get to experience live theater but for these opportunities. – Loretta
We loved Dib and Dob, thank you! – Suzanne
Dib and Dob is an AMAZING show and my whole family loved it so much. The girls were still talking about it nonstop by the time we finally got to them to bed. Many a scene from the show was recreated in our living room this afternoon, dinner conversation was exclusively asking questions about various thematic and technical elements of the play. I love hearing my children call across the apartment to each other: “Diii-iiib!?” “Do—ooob?” Here’s to a fantastic run! – Jessica
The company of Dib and Dob and the Journey Home hit the road this week to get back into the groove of performing in school gymnasiums. Next week they tour to Theatre Direct, then the Living Arts Centre, the Burlington Performing Arts Centre and finally the National Arts Centre!
