Board of Directors

Our company is a registered charity and as such is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who oversee the fiduciary and mission based issues of the organization.

 

The senior staff supervises the daily processes of the company and reports directly to the Board Executive.

New Board members are appointed at the annual AGM in November of each year, but potential members are often invited to sit in on meetings and to join committees

in advance of this.

Board Members Responsibilities 

Roseneath Theatre is actively seeking volunteers to sit on our Board of Directors. Our goal is to build a relationship with an individual who will, along with our current Board, support us in our efforts to:

CONTINUE to be Ontario’s foremost touring educational theatre company.

 

BUILD a foundation of corporate support.

 

CREATE original Canadian theatre for young people and their families based on social justice themes.

 

DELIVER high quality, low cost performances to an eager and deserving audience of children and youth from all economic backgrounds across Ontario, Canada and the United States.
